City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-840\nAmendment 4 to the Property Use Agreement with Vista\nCommunity Clinic for the use of the Junior Seau Club 55\nFitness Center located at 448 Country Club Lane,\nextending the term of the agreement through June 30,\n2026; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
