City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-856\nAmendment 2 to the Golf Course Management &\nOperation Agreement with Oceanside Golf, LLC to extend\nthe term of the agreement on a month-to-month basis until\nterminated by either party with 90-days prior written notice;\nand authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment\nupon receipt of all supporting documents.
