City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-838\nAmendment 1 to Property Lease Agreement with\nOceanside Chamber of Commerce, for use of City-owned\nproperty located at 928 North Coast Highway for a\nsix-month term beyond the current expiration date, with\ntotal revenue of $12,000; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.
