City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-855\nAmendment 3 to the Public Works Agreement with Rancho\nDel Oro Landscape & Maintenance Inc. for landscape\nmaintenance services at El Corazon, for a two-year\ncompensation of $348,160 for a total not to exceed amount\nof $970,882; approve a Public Works Agreement and\npurchase order with Rancho Del Oro Landscape &\nMaintenance, Inc. for landscape maintenance services for\nEl Corazon medians, the Senior Center & Aquatic Center,\nand the Oceanside Navigation Center Property located at\n3127-3135 Oceanside Boulevard, for a one-year term in the\namount of $65,176; authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe amendment and agreement upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents; and authorize the Financial\nServices Director, or designee, to execute the purchase\norder.
