6.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the 25-832\npurchase of chemicals in amounts over $100,000 from\nvarious Water Utilities Department funds; authorize the\nFinancial Services Director, or designee, to shift funds\nbetween the various suppliers for FY 2025-26, without\nreturning to Council, so long as the budget of $4,184,248 is\nnot exceeded; and authorize the Financial Services\nDirector, or designee, to authorize the expenditures.
