5.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve annual 25-857\npurchase orders for materials, services, supplies and\nequipment for the Fire Department in amounts over\n$100,000 for FY 2025-26 for a total amount of $2,517,796;\nand authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee,\nto execute the purchase orders.
