21. City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a Public 25-858\nWorks Agreement with Brightview Landscape Services for\ninstallation of landscape-related enhancements to the\nentrance and frontage area of the Oceanside Municipal\nGolf Course located at 825 Douglas Drive and adjacent\nCity-owned property leased by Pro-Kids at 821 Douglas\nDrive, with total compensation of $65,000; and approve a\nPurchase Order in an amount not to exceed $65,000;\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents, and authorize the\nFinancial Services Director, or designee to execute the\npurchase order.
