19. City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the 25-845\nProfessional Services Agreement with Enterprise\nTechnology Services, LLC, for a total contract amount of\n$727,536, for JD Edwards annual software support\nservices for Fiscal Years 2025-26 through 2027-28, with an\noption to extend for fiscal years 2028-29 through 2029-30,\nfor an amount not to exceed $522,129 for a total not to\nexceed amount of $1,249,665; approve it as a sole source;\nand authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement\nupon receipt of all supporting documents.
