City Council:\nStaff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution 25-877\nauthorizing the City to apply for a grant funding opportunity\nfor construction of the proposed El Corazon Park Site 1\nProject from the Land and Water Conservation Fund\n(LWCF) grant in the amount of $6,000,000; authorize a City\nmatch amount of $6,000,000; and authorize the City\nManager to execute all necessary grant documents.
