2.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF REPAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK AND HOUSING AND URBAN\nDEVELOPMENT (HUD) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)\nTO RESOLVE PRIOR AUDIT FINDINGS\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Conduct a public hearing; and\n2. Take public testimony; and\n3 Approve the repayment agreement; and\n4. Authorize the Mayor to execute the CDBG Repayment Agreement; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager to execute all required documents for transmittal to\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD).\nFINANCE
