4.G. Pre-Employment Background Investigation Services for Fire Services\n— 1. Approve the professional service agreements with RCS Investigations and\nConsulting, LLC and JL Group, LLC for pre-employment background investigations for\nFire Services with a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. There is sufficient funding\navailable in the City’s General Fund Operating Budget for FY 2025-27 and no\nadditional appropriation is needed.
