4.F. Citywide Multifunction Printer/Copier Replacement and Maintenance Services Lease\nAgreement with Sharp Business Systems\n— 1. Authorize the City’s Purchasing Agent to negotiate a lease agreement with Sharp\nBusiness Systems (Sharp) for citywide multifunction printer/copier (MFP) replacement\nand maintenance services for a 60-month lease term not-to-exceed the amount of\n$150,000.00; exclusive of any as-needed print charges. Funding is programmed in the\nproposed FY 2025-27 Operating Budget.
