TRANSFER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD\nCONTROL DISTRICT AND BEVERLY HILLS AGREEMENT NO. 2024MP10\nSAFE, CLEAN WATER PROGRAM – MUNICIPAL PROGRAM.\nComment: The Los Angeles County Flood Control District (“District”) administers the\nSafe, Clean Water Program for the purpose of funding cities within the District for\nprojects and programs to increase stormwater and urban runoff capture and reduce\nstormwater and urban runoff pollution in the District. This agreement will provide an\nannual estimated revenue of $550,000 to the City for stormwater operations and\nproject expenditures.
