PROJECT NO. 7606 - STORM DRAIN REPAIRS FOR POTTER STREET - AGREEMENT FOR\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council award a contract to Civiltec Engineering Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed\n$58,267 for Professional Construction Management and Inspection Services for Project No. 7606 Storm\nDrain Repairs for Potter Street; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\namendments, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.
