RESOLUTION NO. 25-25 – BUDGET AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 BUDGET AND\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR ANNUAL WATER LOSS REPORTING\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 25-25, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 ADOPTED\nBUDGET TO APPROPRIATE AVAILABLE WATER ENTERPRISE FUNDING FOR ANNUAL\nWATER LOSS REPORTING, in the amount of $23,768; and\nb. approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Arcadis, Inc. for Annual Water Loss Reports, in\nan amount not-to-exceed $23,768, for a total agreement amount of $81,503; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
