17. AGREEMENT – CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL PLAN AND HAZARD ASSESSMENTS\nStaff recommends City Council award a professional services agreement with SoCal Water Pro to provide\nprofessional Cross Connection Control Plan and Hazard Assessments services, in an amount not to\nexceed $325,712 over a three year agreement term; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement and any amendments, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City\nManager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
