PROJECT NO. 7449 – WATERMAIN AND ADVANCED METER INFRASTRUCTURE METER\nREPLACEMENTS AND PROJECT NO. 7937 - LOCAL STREETS REHABILITATION PROGRAM ZONE\n31 ASPHALT IMPROVEMENTS / AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND\nINSPECTION SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council award a contract to Civiltec Engineering Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed\n$203,497 for Professional Construction Management and Inspection Services for Project No. 7449 –\nWatermain and Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI/AMR) Meter Replacements and Project No. 7937 Local Streets Rehabilitation Program Zone 31 Asphalt Improvements; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement and any amendments, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the\nCity, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
