AWARD OF CONTRACT – CONTINUED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council award a contract to Kosmont Companies for continued economic\ndevelopment consulting services for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $100,000 each year;\nand authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement and any amendments provided there is funding\nin the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
