AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 3 - EMERGENCY STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE SERVICE\nPROVIDERS AND STREET LIGHT POLE REPLACEMENTS\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 3 for emergency street light maintenance and\npole replacement services with:\na. Yunex LLC extending the agreement through June 30, 2026; with an option to extend one\nadditional year; and\nb. Crosstown Electrical and Data Inc. extending the agreement through June 30, 2026; with an option\nto extend one additional year, and\nc. authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 with both contractors, on behalf of the\nCity, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
