14. ADOPT RESOLUTION XX-2025 TO REPEAL AND REPLACE RESOLUTION NO. 5010-2020\nREGARDING VEHICLE MILES TRAVELED THRESHOLDS OF SIGNIFICANCE FOR\nANALYZING TRANSPORTATION IMPACTS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERROR\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt a Resolution No XX-2025 to repeal and replace Resolution No. 5010-2020 to correct a\nclerical error in the Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) threshold language to determine the\nsignificance of a project’s environmental effects, consistent with adopted County thresholds and\nintent of the Resolution No. 5010-2020.
