7.\nCommunity Development/Public Works Yard Administrative Building, Flooring\nReplacement Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1- Waives formal bidding procedures pursuant to Town purchasing\npolicies, and awards bid in the amount of $51,164.00 to DFS\nFlooring for the removal and replacement of all flooring at the\nCommunity Development/Public Works Yard Administrative\nBuilding located at 58928 Business Center Drive; and\n2- Approves a contingency in the amount of $5,836.00 to cover any\nancillary and incidental expenses, authorizes the Mayor, Town\nManager and Town Attorney to sign any/all agreements\nnecessary to complete the project.\n3- Directs staff to return with a budget amendment for\nappropriating funds from Fund 800, Capital Projects Reserve\nFund, to fund the project.
