Award Task Order with Rick Engineering for the evaluation of the Uncontrolled\nCrosswalks City Wide in the amount of $149,670 (All Wards) Pg. 897\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Approve the award of a Task Order with Rick Engineering in the amount of\n$149,670 for the Uncontrolled Crosswalk Evaluation Project; and\n2. Authorize a contingency amount of $10,000 for unforeseen conditions, for a\ntotal not­to­exceed agreement amount of $159,670; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, Public Works Director, or City Engineer to\nexecute all documents with Rick Engineering; and\n4.
