Amending the compensation for the Police Dispatcher I (Flex), Police\nDispatcher II, and Police Dispatch Supervisor classifications; and\n4. Amending the bargaining group and salary range for the Police Dispatch\nManager and Police Records Manager classifications; and\n5. Vendor Service Agreement with Intelesys to expand cloud hosted VoIP phone\nsystem using TIPS agreement in an amount not to exceed $59,099.17 for one­time\nimplementation costs and $153,089.16 annually for ongoing services (All Wards) Pg.724\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Vendor Service Agreement with\nIntelesys for the procurement of a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)\nservices using the TIPS agreement; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance & Management Services to issue a\npurchase order to GoTo Communications in an amount not to exceed\n$59,099.17 for one­time implementation costs and hardware, and the\nmonthly recurring costs of approximately $12,757.43 not to exceed\n$153,089.16 annually for a 60­month term; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to add additional lines of service\nand equipment as needed during the term of service for new hires not to\nexceed the departments adopted budget and approve additional\namendments to the agreement as necessary to facilitate the onboarding of\nnew hires.

Approve the award of a Task Order with Rick Engineering in the amount of\n$149,670 for the Uncontrolled Crosswalk Evaluation Project; and\n2. Authorize a contingency amount of $10,000 for unforeseen conditions, for a\ntotal not­to­exceed agreement amount of $159,670; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, Public Works Director, or City Engineer to\nexecute all documents with Rick Engineering; and\n4.
