Approve and adopt the Fiscal Year 20252029 Consolidated Plan (ConPlan)\nand draft Fiscal Year 20252026 Annual Action Plan associated with the\nCommunity Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and\nEmergency Solutions Grant Programs; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025308, authorizing the acceptance and allocation of\nthe Fiscal Year 20252026 Annual Action Plan; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance and Management to adjust the Fiscal Year\n20252026 Budget appropriation to align with the Fiscal Year 20252026\nAnnual Action Plan allocation; and
