11N. CONTRACT AWARD - PURCHASE OF ARCTICWOLF SECURITY\nSOFTWARE AND SERVICES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-97, which will:\n1. Award Bid IT-25-01 to Savant Solutions, Inc.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-\n38, by and between the City of San Clemente and Savant Solutions, Inc.,\nfor the purchase of the ArcticWolf Security Solution under substantially the\nsame terms and conditions of State of California Contract SLP-23-70-\n0276O, in an amount not to exceed $65,641, which includes all services,\nequipment and software, training, maintenance, and support.\n3. Authorize City staff to accept the ArcticWolf Master Services Agreement\nand other related service agreements with ArcticWolf.
