11L. CONTRACT AWARD - WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS LABORATORY\nSERVICES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-95, which will:\n1. Award a three-year Professional Services Agreement to Sierra Analytical\nLabs, Inc. for Water Quality Analysis Laboratory Services for a total\namount not to exceed $418,923 during the first three years, plus two\nadditional one-year options.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-\n36, by and between the City of San Clemente and Sierra Analytical Labs,\nInc., providing for Water Quality Analysis Laboratory Services - Routine\nand On-Call, in an amount not to exceed $ 418,923 (Attachment 3).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to administratively approve up to two,\none-year extensions to the Agreement that do not exceed the City Council\napproved budgeted amounts for each fiscal year.
