11K. CONTRACT AWARD - ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE\nCALAFIA COMPLETE STREETS, ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDING AND\nMAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RELATED THERETO\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-94, which will:\n1. Accept the federal Complete Streets Program grant for the Project\nApproval & Environmental Documents (PA&ED) and Plans, Specifications\n& Estimate (PS&E) project phases in the amount of $176,000 (Revenue\nAccount No. 011-000-33180-000-15319).\n2. Approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $149,196 from the\nState SB-1 Road Maintenance Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Funds to\nproject expenditure Account No. 011-864-45300-000-15319.\n3. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Chen Ryan Associates, Inc.\nfor engineering support services for the Calafia Complete Streets Project,\nCIP Project No. 15319.\n4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-\n35, by and between the City of San Clemente and Chen Ryan Associates,\nInc., providing for engineering support services for the Calafia Complete\nStreets Project, in an amount not to exceed $279,196.\n5. Authorize the City Manager and/or the Public Works Director/City\nEngineer to execute all necessary applications, tentative agreements,\nand/or other such documents/actions required to complete the design and\npermitting of the project with the California Coastal Commission, California\nState Parks, and any other necessary parties.
