CONTRACT AMENDMENT - STREET SWEEPING SERVICES FOR ONE\nYEAR, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM\nTHE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-99, which will:\n1. Find the project be categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR 15301) of\nthe state CEQA Guidelines; and\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to\nContract No. C21-22, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nSweeping Corporation of America (SCA), providing for Street Sweeping\nservices, for a one-year term, in the amount of $598,138.
