11E. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CITY HALL STANDBY GENERATOR ADDITION\nAND ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM UPGRADE\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-88, which will:\n1. Accept the City Hall Standby Generator Addition and Electrical Distribution\nSystem Upgrade, CIP Project No. 14812, from the contractor, ACE Capital\nEngineering, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record the Notice of Completion\nfor the completed City Hall Standby Generator Addition and Electrical\nDistribution System Upgrade.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nACE Capital Engineering, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
