11T. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO NEGOTIATE\nNECESSARY BUDGET REVISIONS TO A $1.8 MILLION GRANT AWARD\nFOR CLEAN MOBILITY OPTIONS (CMO) VOUCHER PILOT PROGRAM’S\n2023 MOBILITY PROJECT VOUCHER, TO ENABLE THE PURCHASE OF\nALTERNATIVE, QUALIFYING ELECTRIC VEHICLES, AND FINDING THE\nPROJECT STATUTORILY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT UNDER CALIFORNIA PUBLIC\nRESOURCES CODE § 21080.25.\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-103, which will:\n1. Direct the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate necessary budget\nrevisions to the Clean Mobility Options (CMO) Voucher Pilot Program\nGrant, to enable the purchase of the alternative, qualifying vehicles\nconsistent with City Council recommendation and requirements of the\ngrantor.\n2. Find the Clean Mobility Options (CMO) Voucher Pilot Program, as\nmodified, statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to California Public Resources Code § 21080.25.
