9.\nApprove an Extension to the Agreement for Community Outreach and\nCommunication Services\nPrepared by: Peter Grant, City Manager\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an amendment to extend the agreement with\nCommunications LAB for community outreach and communications services on a month-tomonth basis for a period not to exceed six months; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve task orders for a period not to exceed six months\nto Communications LAB for City and Recreation and Park District communications support\nand marketing services and the Recreation quarterly activity guidebook.
