17.\nAdopt the FY 2025-2032 Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program and Amend\nMunicipal Code Section 21A Related to Purchasing Authority Limits\nPrepared by: Nick Mangkalakiri, Director of Public Works\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt a Resolution approving the FY 2025-2032 Seven-Year CIP; and\n2. Determine the FY 2025-2032 Seven-Year CIP is consistent with the General Plan; and\n3. Confirm various projects are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act\nExemptions requirements; and\n4. Adopt a Resolution updating annual Public Works contract award thresholds as required\nby Municipal Code Section 21A-19; and\n5. Introduce for first reading an Ordinance, by title only, amending Municipal Code Section\n21A.
