E.\nApproving and Authorizing Amendment 2 to Professional Services\nAgreement with Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects\nConsulting, LLC (formerly known as Anser Advisory Management, LLC)\nfor the Pier Improvement Project Management Services - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7660: 1. Approving Amendment 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Accenture Infrastructure and Capital\nProjects Consulting, LLC (formerly known as Anser Advisory Management,\nLLC), as amended on November 14, 2022, for additional pier improvement\nproject management services for the Seal Beach Pier Concrete Abutment\nRestoration (BP2201), Pier Restroom Restoration (BP2202), and Pier\nRestaurant Feasibility Study (BP2302) projects, and increasing compensation\nby $67,535 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $228,000; and, 2.\nAuthorizing the Interim City Manager, or their designee, to execute\nAmendment 2.
