25.\nCity Council receive and file the 2025 Strategic Plan update.\nSTREET EASEMENT: 1800 WEST VALLEY BOULEVARD – F2M25-8, M2M25-96,\nD2M25-2035\nStaff requests that the City Council accept a street easement for the property located at\n1800 W. Valley Blvd. To provide for new ADA ramps to be constructed to standards in the\nCity right-of-way at 1800 W. Valley Blvd an easement is required. The sketch and legal\ndescription have been completed, and have been reviewed and approved by the City\nEngineer.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M25-96 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M25-2035) from Paper\nProduction Services, Inc., a California corporation, granting to the City of\nAlhambra an easement for public streets and highways and public utility\npurposes and appurtenant facilities the real property in the City of Alhambra,\nCounty of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as\nfollows:\nA portion of the land described In a Grant Deed recorded as Document\nMo. 2004-0472633, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California,\nlying within the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter\n(SW 1/4) of Section 16, Township I South, Range 12 West, San\nBernardino Meridian, City of Alhambra, Los Angeles County,\nCalifornia, described as follows: Commencing at the centerline\nintersection of Valley Boulevard and Campbell Avenue as shown on a\nmap recorded in Book 117 at Page 83 of Record of Survey, Official\nRecords of Los Angeles County, California; Thence along the\ncenterline of said Valley Boulevard, South 86°04’27” West, a distance\nof 52.31 feet; Thence departing said centerline, South 03°55’33” East,\na distance of 50.00 feet to the southerly right-of-way of said Valley\nBoulevard dedicated per a Decree of Condemnation recorded in Book\n6727, Page 111, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California\nand the Point of Beginning; Thence along said southerly right-of-way,\nNorth 86°04’27” East, a distance of 19.15 feet to the westerly right-ofway of Campbell Avenue being coincident with the easterly boundary\nof the land described in said Grant Deed; Thence along said westerly\nright-of-way and easterly boundary, South 00°22’44” East, a distance\nof 19,15 feet to a tangent point of cusp with a beginning of curve\nconcave southwesterly having a radius of 18.00 feet, a radial line to\nsaid beginning bears North 89°37M6" East; Thence departing said\nwesterly right-of- way northerly along said curve to the left through a\ncentral angle of 93°32’49” an arc length of 29.39 feet to the Point of\nBeginning.
