11.\nQUARTERLY CONTRACTS REPORT AS OF MAY 31, 2025 – F2M25-40\nOn August 26, 2024, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. O2M24-4837, implementing\nthe California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), as outlined\nin California Public Contract Code Sections 22000–22045. On April 14, 2025, the City\nCouncil adopted Ordinance No. O2M25-4845, updating contract thresholds in accordance\nwith recent CUPCCAA amendments. During this meeting, the Council also requested a\nreport identifying all contracts awarded between $50,000 and $75,000, which previously\nrequired Council approval before CUPCCAA implementation. Staff has provided a report\nidentifying all contracts awarded between $50,000 and $75,000 from August 26, 2024\nthrough May 31, 2025, the report is outlined in the Director of Finance’s June 23, 2025\nstaff report. This report will be provided to the City Council on a quarterly basis moving\nforward.\nRecommended Action:\nas of May 31, 2025.\nCity Council receive and file the quarterly contracts report
