HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the use of a\nCooperative Purchasing Agreement with ForeverLawn, Inc. to repair the\nartificial turf at the small and large dog parks at West Hollywood Park.\nRECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Finance & Technology Services\nDepartment to issue a Purchase Order to ForeverLawn, Inc. (KDK Pacific\nCoast Enterprises LLC DBA ForeverLawn Pacific Coast), pursuant to the\nSourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, to complete the West\nHollywood Dog Parks Turf Repair Project (CIP 55-35) in an amount not-toexceed $275,000.
