HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of a\nConstruction Agreement to Estate Design and Construction, Inc. to\ncomplete the Plummer Park Dog Park Construction Project (CIP 41-05).\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Construction Agreement with Estate\nDesign and Construction, Inc. to complete the Plummer Park Dog Park\nConstruction Project (CIP 41-05) in the amount of $985,800 and add a\n20% contingency amount of $197,160 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,182,960; 2) Authorize the Facilities and Field Services Division\nManager to approve Change Orders to the Agreement; and 3) Authorize\nthe City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents incident to the\nAgreement.
