B.16. \nACCEPT AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET\nAND SIDEWALK PURPOSES ALONG THE WETHERLY DRIVE\nFRONTAGE OF THE WETHERLY PALMS, LLC DEVELOPMENT\nPROJECT AT 910-916 WETHERLY DRIVE\n[H. COLLINS, J.\nGILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider accepting an easement and\nright of way for street and sidewalk purposes along the Wetherly frontage\nof the Wetherly Palms, LLC development project located at 910-916\nWetherly Drive. This item is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), acceptance of the Grant of Easement\nfor Public Sidewalk and Parkway Purposes pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nsections 15301 and 15305.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-_____: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSIDEWALK AND PARKWAY PURPOSES AT 910-916 WETHERLY\nDRIVE IN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the City\nClerk to submit a certified copy of the Resolution as well as the Easement\nin Exhibit A of Attachment A for recordation by the office of the Recorder\nof the County of Los Angeles.
