E.2.\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-26 SECOND-YEAR UPDATE TO THE TWO-YEAR\nOPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL WORK PLAN [D. WILSON, C.\nSAFRIET, M. LINDLEY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting the Second-Year\nUpdate to the Two-Year Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan for\nFiscal Years 2024-25 & 2025-26.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-______: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26”\nas specified in the Statement of Changes to Fund Balance, or as\namended by the City Council; 2) Authorize the Director of Finance &\nTechnology Services to allocate $2 million in General Fund Reserves for\npurchase of Proposition A Funds and $1 million in General Fund Reserves\nfor Social Services contracts; 3) Adopt the division and capital work plans\npresented in the Second-Year Update to the Two-Year Operating Budget\nand Capital Work Plan, as previously provided to the City Council and the\npublic on the City’s website, www.weho.org/budget; 4) Approve the list of\nPre-Approved Organizations and Events for City Councilmembers to\nattend at the City’s expense; and 5) Approve the list of Budgeted Special\nEvents.
