DBA BLOCK BY BLOCK FOR CITYWIDE UNARMED\nSECURITY AMBASSADOR SERVICES AND AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO\nTHE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH BBB-CA, INC. DBA BLOCK\nBY BLOCK FOR UNARMED TRANSIT SECURITY SERVICES [D.\nRIVAS, A. SHANDI, L. BIERY, P. KESPRADIT, C. VASQUEZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving amendments to the\nAgreement for Services with BBB-CA, Inc. dba Block by Block to provide\nCitywide unarmed security ambassador services and unarmed transit\nsecurity services for an additional period of ninety days.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No.\n010490 with BBB-CA, Inc. dba Block by Block, for Citywide unarmed\nsecurity ambassador services and extend the term for an additional ninety\ndays through September 30, 2025, and increase the amount of the\nagreement by $1,535,444.31 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$19,002,681.84; 2) Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 010229\nwith BBB-CA, Inc. dba Block by Block, for unarmed transit security\nservices and extend the term for an additional ninety days through\nSeptember 30, 2025, and increase the amount of the agreement by\n$32,972.16 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $542,425.44; and 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to\nthe Agreement.
