B.10. \nCONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH HARDY & HARPER, INC. TO\nCONSTRUCT CIP 2505, FY2025 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT\n[H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR, P. TICUN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of a Construction\nAgreement with Hardy & Harper, Inc. to construct CIP No. 2505, FY2025\nStreet Rehabilitation Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Construction Agreement with Hardy\n& Harper, Inc. in the amount of $1,455,000.00 for the construction of CIP\nNo. 2505, FY2025 Street Rehabilitation Project, and authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute the documents incident to the\nAgreement; 2) Authorize the City Engineer to approve change orders to\nthe Construction Agreement in the amount not to exceed 25%\n($363,750.00) of the total Agreement amount; 3) Adopt Resolution No. 25________: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nWEST HOLLYWOOD APPROVING THE DESIGN AND PLANS FOR THE\nCONSTRUCTION OF CIP 2505, FY2025 STREET REHABILITATION\nPROJECT, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 830.6;”\nand 4) Make a finding that pursuant to the provisions of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA – Public Resources Code, Section\n21084 et. Seq.), CIP No. 2505, FY2025 Street Rehabilitation Project,\nmeets the requirements for a categorical exemption in compliance with\nArticle 19, Section 15301, (Class 1 – Existing Facilities).
