VASQUEZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 4 to\nthe Agreement for Services with MV Transportation, Inc. to provide\nCityline Local/Commuter, Dial-A-Ride Flex, and TLC services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement\nfor Services with MV Transportation, Inc. (MV Transportation) to increase\nthe amount of the agreement by $3,444,892.00 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $19,179,966.00 and extend the agreement term through June\n30, 2026; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designees to execute\ndocuments incident to the agreement.
