NORDMAN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will direct the City Attorney to work with the\nCity Clerk to evaluate amending the City’s Domestic Partnership\nordinance to allow people in diverse family relationships, including\nthrouples and other polyamorous relationships, to register as domestic\npartners.\nRECOMMENDATION: Direct the City Attorney to review West Hollywood\nMunicipal Code Chapter 2.84 and return to the City Council with\nrecommendations to expand the ordinance to explicitly allow people in\ndiverse family relationships, including people in throuples and other\npolyamorous relationships, to register as domestic partners.
