The City filed the Notice of\nExemption with the County of San Bernardino on March 4, 2025.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the Plans and Specifications for the Foothill Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation and\nUtility Improvement Project; award the construction contract to Gentry Brothers Inc. in the\namount of $11,258,224.20; and authorize a construction contingency in the amount of\n$1,741,775.80.
