FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022-2023 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REVIEW, TREASURER’S\nREPORT, REVENUE, EXPENDITURE AND CAPITAL PROJECT SUMMARY\nREPORTS AND BUDGET AMENDMENT\nThe City Council is requested to receive an update of revenue and expense\ninformation of the City’s overall financial condition and approve adjustments\nneeded to align the City’s revenue resources with the cost of providing services.\nPresenter: Administrative Services Director\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 (FY22-23) Mid-Year Financial Review and\nrelated reports;\n2. Approve and authorize staff to revise revenue and expenditure estimates as\nindicated in Attachment “A”; and\n3. Find that the Mid-Year Financial review is not a “Project” as defined under\nSection 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines;\ntherefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental\nreview is required.
