9E.\nAPPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH JOHN L. HUNTER & ASSOCIATES. INC. TO PROVIDE\nCONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE\nELMINIATION SYSTEM (NPDES) AND FATS, OILS, AND GREASE (FOG) PROGRAM\nJohn L. Hunter Associates, Inc. has been providing environmental consulting services\nsince 2007. The First Amendment to the professional services agreement will expire on\nJune 30, 2025. If approved, this Second Amendment will allow John L. Hunter Associates,\nInc. to continue providing services through June 30, 2026, at current rates.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this action is not a project per the California Environmental\nQuality Act; and\n2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with John\nL. Hunter & Associates and allow the City Attorney to make minor edits as necessary\nprior to the execution of the Amendment; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with John L. Hunter & Associates, Inc.
