9I.\nAPPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH MSW CONSULTANTS TO PROVIDE SOLID WASTE\nMANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES\nMSW Consultants has been providing environmental consulting services since 2021. The\nFirst Amendment to the professional services agreement will expire on June 30, 2025. If\napproved, this Second Amendment will allow MSW Consultants to continue providing\nservices through June 30, 2026, at current rates.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this action is not a project per the California Environmental\nQuality Act; and\n2. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Agreement with MSW\nConsultants and allow the City Attorney to make minor edits as necessary prior to the\nexecution of the Amendment; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with MSW Consultants.
