15.\nJune 24, 2025\nConsider Providing Direction to City Staff Regarding Temporary Use Permit\nNo. 2025-025 to Allow Temporary Uses in Conjunction with an Existing\nRestaurant at 2909 Supply Avenue\nThe City Council will consider approving Temporary Use Permit No. 2025-025\nto allow temporary event programing at an existing restaurant site located at\n2909 Supply Avenue in the Heaving Manufacturing Zone ("M-2") and direct\nstaff as follows: 1) approve TUP-2025-025; 2) approve TUP-2025-025, subject\nto specified conditions of approval; 3) deny TUP-2025-025; and 4) determine\nwhether the Applicant's operational challenges constitute an "emergency\nsituation" for purposes of granting TUP-2025-025 for a period of six months,\nbeyond the three-day period typically allowed for a TUP.
