8. AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT WITH ECONOLITE FOR CITYWIDE\nTRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to amend the current agreement. with\nEconolite Systems, Inc., for annual traffic signal maintenance, increasing\ncompensation by $30,000, for a total contract amount of $155,000 in\n2024-25;\nB. Authorize the City Manager to extend the agreement for four additional\none-year terms in an amount not to exceed $155,000 per year; and\nC. Appropriate $30,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance in\n2024-25 and an_ additional $30,000 from the unassigned General Fund\nbalance in 2025-26 to fund the amended contract through June 30, 2026.
