MAKING EXPRESS FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS THAT MODIFICATIONS TO THE 2022\nCALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE ARE REASONABLY NECESSARY BECAUSE OF\nLOCAL CLIMATIC, GEOLOGICAL OR TOPOGRAPHICAL CONDITIONS.\nComment: Staff recommends that the Council repeal Resolution No. 22-R-13434 and adopt the updated\nResolution making express findings and determinations that modifications to the 2022 California building\nstandards code including appendices, are reasonably necessary because of local climatic, geological, or\ntopographical conditions, and instruct the City Building Official or his designee to file the most recent\nadopted Resolution of findings with the California Building Standards Commission (CBSC).\nAPPROVAL OF:
